Summary of Energy Psychology
The integration of energy psychotherapy within my original model of counselling and psychotherapy, enables me to offer treatments such as EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques which help my client release trauma from their energy system by working with energy systems either Meridians or Chakras.
Clients who have experience of prior counselling/therapy have become an avid supporters of energy psychotherapy noticing that these therapies have particular benefits and that traumas and difficulties and be worked through compassionately.
Issues and themes that clients bring can progress in a manner and pace that talking therapy alone could not achieve, and for some the changes can appear dramatic or evolved so quickly if I been unable to use energy psychology.
