Clinical Supervision
I provide:- one to one supervision or small group supervision
I can also offer supervision via Zoom or Teams
I offer an initial 30 minutes supervision session face to face or by skype free of charge.
Qualification - post graduate Diploma in Counselling Supervision at the Link Centre East Sussex, this is a BACP recognised qualification.
Supervision Theory
The supervision model that resonates well with the way I work is the Seven eyed model (Hawkins & Shohet 2000). The developmental model that I refer to within supervisor/ supervisee relationship is Hawkins and Shohet (2000) In addition I use Mazetti’s (2007) 7-point plan for supervision.
As a counsellor & Psychotherapist I work within an Integrated Model of Counselling & Psychotherapy (Clarkson Model) and have a post graduate diploma in Attachment Based Psychotherapy, plus additional training in CBT, Mindfulness, EFT and Energy Psychotherapy. I work with adult clients with various issues: anxiety depression self -development, clients in recovery from addictions, trauma, clients living with chronic and life limiting illness, plus I have a broad experience of working with clients experiencing bereavement and personal loss.
